Who we are
Pine Hollow Math is run by Pine Hollow Math LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Pine Hollow Math LLC. "You" means the person who buys or uses a membership.

What a membership is
A membership gives you access to the teaching resources in the Pine Hollow Math member library for as long as your membership is active.
We may add, update or remove resources over time.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to buy a membership.
One membership is for one teacher. Keep your login private. Do not share it.
How you may use the resources
You may:
- Use the resources with your own students.
- Print or copy them for your own classes.
- Post them for your own students in a class site that needs a password, like Google Classroom or Canvas.
You may not:
- Share your login or the files with other teachers.
- Post the files anywhere the public can find them.
- Sell the files, give them away or upload them to another website or store.
- Say the resources are your own work.
A school or team that wants access for more than one teacher needs one membership per teacher.
Billing
A membership renews on its own every month, every 3 months or every year, depending on the plan you pick, until you cancel.
The price and how often you are billed are shown at checkout before you pay.
We charge the payment method you gave at checkout at the start of each billing period.
If your plan starts with a paid trial, the trial price and the date of your first full payment are shown at checkout.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime. Log in, open your account settings and cancel there, or email us and we will do it for you.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the time you already paid for. You are not charged again.
Refunds
The resources are digital and you can open them right away, so payments are not refunded. If something went wrong with your order, email hello@pinehollowmath.example and we will make it right.
Price changes
We may change the price for new members at any time.
If we change the price you pay, we will email you before your next payment so you can decide to stay or cancel.
Who owns the resources
Everything in the member library belongs to Pine Hollow Math LLC and is protected by copyright law. Your membership lets you use the resources. It does not make you the owner of them.
No promises about results
We work hard to make every resource correct and useful. We give them to you as they are.
We cannot promise any result for you or your students.
As far as the law allows, the most we can owe you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
When we may end a membership
We may end a membership that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a login or posting the files in public.
The law that applies
These terms follow the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. If a change is big, we will email our members.
