Who we are
iTeachly is run by Game Plan Your Future, LLC. This page tells you what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect
We collect:
- Your name and email address when you sign up for a free resource or buy a membership.
- Your order history, like what you bought and when.
- What you do in the member library, like which lessons you open.
- Basic technical details, like your IP address, your browser and cookies.
Your card details go straight to our payment company (Kajabi Payments). We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Give you access to what you signed up for or bought.
- Send receipts and account emails.
- Send teaching tips and offers by email. You can unsubscribe in any email.
- See how the site is used so we can make it better.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information.
We share it only with the companies that run our website, email and payments. That is Kajabi (our website and email platform) and Kajabi Payments (payments). They may only use it to do that work for us.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you logged in and to count visits.
We also use tools like the Meta pixel to see how our ads are doing. You can turn off ad tracking in your browser or in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email.
You can ask to see, fix or delete the information we have about you. Email jeff@iteachly.com.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights over your information. Email us and we will help.
Children and students
This site is for teachers and other adults. It is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Please do not enter student names or any other student information on this site.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website can promise perfect security.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you have an account or are on our email list, and as long as the law requires for tax and order records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page.
